Here is information about the tailgate for the Maryland/NCSU game that the Baltimore Area Alumni Club is putting together. Everyone is welcome...in fact, DC club alumni will probably be recieveing information about it.
Quote : | "Join the Baltimore Area NC State Alumni Club on Saturday, Oct. 21, as the Wolfpack football team visits College Park to take on the Maryland Terrapins! The Baltimore Area NC State Alumni Club is sponsoring a pregame tailgate on the University of Maryland’s campus.
NC State-Maryland pregame tailgate information: - Gametime TBD - It should be announced 2-3 weeks prior to gameday - Parking Lot 11B on UMD’s campus (cash lot, no permit required) - Starts 6 hours prior to the game – come whenever you like - Get there early for parking availability in Lot 11B - otherwise, just walk over! See parking info for map:

Tickets are $13.50/person online or $12.50/person CASH ONLY if purchased in person at a Baltimore Area NC State Alumni gamewatch. Tickets include pregame meal of pulled pork barbecue, sides and sweet tea. Tickets for the TAILGATE can be purchased online via the Alumni Association at:
http://www.alumni.ncsu.edu/events/event.php?id=739
Please ensure you provide your email address when purchasing online so that we can contact you if any tailgate details change shortly before the event. The last day to buy tailgate tickets online is October 13, so buy your ticket NOW!" |

If anyone is planning on coming up for the game, join us for the tailgate. We did a private tailgate 2 years ago and had about 70 people.....we are shooting for more this year. It's open to any wolfpack fan.
Because it's an official Alumni Association event, we can't provide alcohol....but you are welcome to bring your own (if you are of age of course ).9/20/2006 7:58:20 AM |

I moved off the red line up closer to my job which is right on the Mongomery/Howard county border off of 29 :/
My old roommate is still a minute's walk from the red-line in Bethesda though so I still got an easy place to stay when I go out 9/20/2006 9:41:50 AM |

^^ It was sent out with this week's e-mail. I'm hoping to be able to make it (and score some tickets for the game, as well). 9/20/2006 11:37:40 AM |
