You want to know why Air America is bankrupt? A national-scale talk radio network is risky regardless of content, but when you figure in that every show on it is shooting for the same audience...well you're fucked. That one audience is only going to listen to so many hours of programming before they need to do something else.

Maybe a little defensive, but mostly disappointed. I had high hopes for Air America, and ended up hating almost all of their programming. Come to think, that might be the other problem with Air America's money-making...their target audience doesn't care for them either.

Still, I'm wondering if you can be serious about the assertions you made about Hannity and Limbaugh vs. Air America's content.

If people can't understand the passive voice and they are intelligent enough to understand it, they should probably learn it at some point. The point is that good writing is concise, to the point, and not full of unnecessary words.
