local high school coach is better than Chuck...

Chuck can recruit some talent, no doubt... but other than that he sucks as a Head Coach...

Needs to get the fuck out.

Coach Rivers seems to know how to grow QBs. Get this man a harem and tell him to get to work.

I would personally escort Chuck out of town if we could get Norm Chow. And up until today, I liked Chuck for the most part, but this shit has gone on too long.

you're the dumbest person that posts on this message board.

a coach doesn't coach only gamedays. it's a 24-7-365 deal.

"JIM DONNAN
Head Coach, 1996-2000; (40-19)

In Jim Donnan's five years as head coach, he compiled a 40-19 overall record including 25-15 in SEC play. The eight wins or more in four straight seasons set a school record. And for the first time in school history, the Bulldogs won four bowl games in four consecutive seasons (def. Wisconsin in '98 Outback Bowl; def. Virginia in '98 Peach Bowl; def. Purdue in '00 Outback Bowl, and def. Virginia in '00 Oahu Bowl). Under his direction, Georgia also finished in the nation's top 20 a school record four consecutive seasons. A native of Burlington, N.C., and graduate of N.C. State, Donnan came to Georgia following a record-setting run at Marshall. In his six years with the Thundering Herd, Donnan's teams won 64 games, one nationals championship, three national runner-up finishes, and earned five consecutive trips to the post-season playoffs. He was named National 1-AA Coach of the Year twice. He had previously been the architect of Oklahoma's high powered offenses from 1985-1989 where the Sooners won 49 games in those five years including 27 straight Big Eight contests and the 1985 National Championship."

Donnan always talks about how highly he thinks of the NC State job, unless he is blowing smoke up our ass. As a former alum, i think he's more likely then Cowher

I was in Chapel Hill last night and I heard some alumni speaking and one of them said "there is a spear-head against Butch Davis because the board of trustees wants to keep UNC a basketball school."

Ha, Butch is going to Miami, Coker is going to UNC

as for NC State... expect skip holtz

^ That's the biggest pile of BS excuse I have ever heard.

"oh we're going to intentionally suck at football bc we want to be a basketball school"

NEWS FLASH: Florida and Texas are football schools, do they let the basketball program suck because they don't want to be a basketball school?

lol if Skip Holtz came here, just think how much ECU had us more then now. Just funny to think about.

UNC likes to "Keep it in the Family" so I'm looking at Oklahoma's OC, Kevin Wilson, former Tar heel Alum.
