if you have prime already it sounds sorta cool for now, but the few reports I have read so far echo my concerns as far as whether it justifies picking up prime now based on this. My verdict atm is no. 6-12 months down the line that opinion may totally change though depending on how they expand their content, the pricing, and integration into existing hardware:

Quote :
"Even with a purported 5,000 titles, the size of the Prime Instant library is dwarfed by both Hulu Plus and Netflix. The offerings, at least right now, are also much more niche.

This means that there is very little emphasis on new or recently released films; the majority of the television content is documentary or sourced from the BBC, PBS or assorted British networks. The American television content is largely limited to classic sitcoms, children’s programming and assorted cartoons (both of the Saturday morning and Adult Swim variety)."

Laughably bad.

Dejected by the futility of his tedious life, bitter small-town resident Bill takes matters into his own hands by constructing a bulletproof outfit, picking up his semi-automatic weapons and attempting the largest killing spree ever seen.

watched "Blood to Wine" tonight

About Maynard James Keenan's wine project. Pretty cool to see Maynard out of "character".

Watched "Gamer" last night. I liked it a lot.

a couple zombie b-movies worth watching:
Severed (not great, but funny bad)
Black Sheep (zombie sheep... fucking awesome)

Cold Storage - not zombie, not great, but pretty disturbing

The Orphanage - very, very solid film. one of my favorites i saw last year.
Ink - low budget movie, cool concept, great cinematography and really well done on a budget.

Agreed on both counts. I don’t think i’ll ever complain about anything ever again after watching the Liberia episode.

It’s amazing to think places like that exist around the world.

I will continue to complain, but I now have something interesting to contribute if the topic of cannibalism ever comes up.

The Parking Lot Movie is a great movie for people who want to justify doing nothing. I think other people would like it, too.

I'd stay away from Grown Ups if I were you:
Quote :
""Grown Ups" is the least funny theatrical release that any of its stars have ever been a part of.

I just want to let that sink in, because Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider have combined to be in some truly unfunny movies."
