the coz - We are trying to give incentives to the students as well by letting them get this program for free and also by offering prizes to win.

phillip - Sorry that the program apparently doesnt work on OSX. I do not know about that.

luigi - There will not be a free version of this program like the other Microsoft Office programs. This program is sold for $99, but students may buy it for $49. This is your chance to get the program for free and hopefully you check it out and may enjoy it.

Also, more incentives could be that we have hundreds of full version discs that can be distributed however we feel fit. If some people are interested like luigi then after this program is over in december, we can give away those free discs to people.

^^^Haha. You have to be one of the most incompetent "resprentatives" ever hired. Do you not even know the differences between Macs and PCs? They have different processors. Most executables are not cross-platform. Unless Microsoft suddenly decided to write something in pure Java, a complete departure from any current or past product strategy, there is no way it would work on multiple operating systems. Even then it would require some tweaking. This is pretty basic stuff.

I guess your comment is because I said that I dont know about that. Why would you pick a simple comment to try and pick fun of? I stated that I was sorry onenote did not work for him and that was it. I could actually care less if I know about the stupid shit like that. Congrats on your vast knowledge and maybe next time you can get this job if your so great.

so wait, you come on a message board like tww, expect to make several threads about the same thing that's going to cause plenty of crap to happen on my computer I don't want, and then when you get any type of resistance you start bashing the very people you're trying to convince?

excellent.

also a nice touch that you got your friend to sign up too so in the beginning you could have someone that pretended like he downloaded the software and it's great, only to find out he also works with you.

excellent x 2.

I dont see how you still dont realize that this program doesnt "cause plenty of crap to happen". There are other posts from people who actually downloaded and used this program stating that there is no spyware or anything else, except for the onenote program. The people that are saying things without actually trying the program are the ones that do not know about it.

Also, they are obviously the ones that you think i am "bashing". I dont think I am trying to bash anyone, except I do dislike when they purposely make false statements just because they are not as willing to try something free. There are many people that have gave this download a chance and hopefully it will continue while they have the chance to get it for free and have a chance to win prizes.

I would really like to see it install on OS X.

You guys don't even understand the terminology you're throwing around. With Microsoft hiring this type of incompetence, it's a wonder they are where they are.

If it does not install for you, but you still want to be able to register for a prize, you may still be able to. You would have to just use a friends computer or someone elses for it to work, but then just use your code to register and win.

It wont install with a mac. Also the coz, we have people who actually downloaded the program stating how there is nothing additional to it, so your false statements are not needed.
