I know a guy who has to sleep with a breathing machine or he snores to loud that his entire family can't sleep. This guy also has RLS and can fall asleep ANYWHERE! It's pretty crazy.

haha no i had to go to bed after family guy... i was supposed to go to bed at 9 but i convinced her to let me stay up to finish watching the state game... and then to watch family guy. haha


so sleeping last night was MISERABLE. i actually had a dream in which i was getting a sleep study done... strange. but yeah, i think she said i slept like an hour last night, but in that hour i stopped breathing like a shit ton of times, so they want me on cpap . the sleep tech thought it was cute i slept with a stuffed penguin

i have to stay today for a "nap study" in which they see how sleepy i actually am during the day (which is the reason i came in). stay awake for 2 hours, sleep for 2 hours. ughhh. i won't be out of here until 7:30.

if anyone happens to be near UNC today and wants to get breakfast/lunch/dinner with me, plz let me know, as i'm bored out of my mind. i have a couple of friends who live in ehringhaus so i might walk over there... but yeah. boredddddd.

and i did not fap didn't have the balls to do so, plus i'd like to keep these people on my good side

Sounds like there's definitely a problem then... and could significantly help you. I know my dad had it pretty bad and the machine stopped his snoring... and of course there are countless stories of people feeling 100x better during the day and like they finally "woke up" after being tired for years
