Saturday night I was running almost full speed and took a turn too sharp and hit my hip on the corner of a metal hand railing....thankfully I was inebriated at the time, but shit hurts like hell now

shiiiiit. i got a bruised tailbone (median at 40mph), thigh bruise (5x handlebar to the thigh), torn labram in my shoulder (nasty highside at VIR), somethin fucked up in my knee (football and my dog) and various rash from said median.

I broke and sprained my right ankle August 5. I was in a walking boot until September 7 and in a brace until September 21. I got to PT once a week and seem to be doing okay with it.

i sprained my knee saturday night. woke up sunday and could barely walk. monday i popped a bunch of pills and wrapped it up in a brace so i could play softball. Now i'm in more pain.

i'm good right now but i am normally bruised up pretty well. i always seem to nail the corner of our foot board on our bed when i am walking around the bed and that creates some gnarly bruises.

i will say that earlier this summer i was running down Dillard Drive by Dillard Middle and it was like Scarlett took a tumble, except instead of a coffee table, i did a full on trip/somersault onto the pavement and landed on my back. i bruised the bone between my elbow and hand pretty bad and it hurt for about a month. i was all scraped up for about a week.

at least it wasnt as bad as the time i tripped and fell running at St Marys and Peace and broke 3 fingers and had to snap my wrist back into place.
