A. Wards "Deflection" goal that you're talking about - he was standing in front of the net playing the man in front, like he's supposed to and a guy took a shot from the top of the slot, it hit his shoulder/chest and redirected in - what is he supposed to do? That was not him at all

B. Wards "unneccesary" tripping penalty - If my memory serves me correctly, the guy crossed into the zone, along the or close to the boards and Ward was there, and didn't touch him and if he did in fact touch him - he did not impede his progress or trip him in any such way. It was a bullshit penalty by all aspects of the word.

Get a clue dude.

Do you even watch many games? Hedican has had next to no hustle for the past 3-4 games. If anyone deserves to sit, it's him and Tverdovsky. I know Tver has a good reputation, but Babchuk has outplayed both of them recently and it really showed that he wasn't dressed Friday night.

As for the stats, ignore them if you wish, but they're straight from Central. Hedican's GvA/TkA is 36/15, Ward's is 18/13. All stats aside, Ward wouldn't be third in the D-corps in TOI if he wasn't worth a damn.

As I said before, go learn something about hockey and then we'll talk.

Question:

How often do the Canes sell out? We tried to go to the game on friday night and all they had left were $65 tickets.

I've been wanting to go all season and this was really my first good chance. I even saw an add over christmas where you could get lower level seats for 25 or something with a student ID.

The answer is probably in the thread somewhere but I'm not looking for it. Do I need to get there earlier? thanks.

^^ They've been winning, so people are hopping on the bandwagon. They're also selling seats in packs to give people playoff priority, so a lot of seats are disappearing that way. If you want to go, figure it out a week in advance and get tickets then.

i sat in section 225 row b. it was one of the best seats Ive ever had for a pro event. go to http://www.rbccenter.com then go to tickets they have a visual of EVERY seat in the house with the seating charts. I always sit in the 100's for state games but damn if it isn't SUPER nice in the 200 level seats and suites. the bar is AWESOME.
