The bulls were not America's team. And everyones assumption is that I was a Bulls fan, maybe I was a hornets fan, I still have my starter jacket from back in the day. I liked watching the bulls, but hornets were #1. When they were gone it sucked balls.

And yes, there were a lot more NFL teams closer, bandwagon has everything to do with it. It disgust me to go to a bar in Charlotte and see 1/2 the fuckers there sporting Steelers shit

No when the hornets left I was done with them, Perhaps that is wrong but the owner was a douche so whatever.
I suppose now the bulls are number 1. I never cared for the Bobcats, I have been to one game and I will support them, but it just wasn't the same as the hornets (if you lived in charlotte you know what I mean). Plus how many UNC guys are on that team drafted from when I went to college? Fuck that. I still have watch Bulls games on WGN from time to time. But as I have argued in the past (especially with treetwista), the NBA is not what it was in the 90s. It was a lot more exciting. I watch a whole hell of a lot more college Basketball and football now than the NBA.
Where the hell does the Cavs/laker statement come from? i have mocked kobe so much on TWW it is funny....

The NBA is not more exciting than the 90’s, if it were , the ratings would be higher than they are. The NBA was #1 at times in the 90s, but usually #2, only to the NFL. They are ranked what now? How many games are sold out now?

Not gonna answer all of your post but look at how much basketball teams have gotten better around the world including Spain. That 1992 Dream Team played teams that NCSU could beat. Almost any player that enters a PGA tournament can win, even in the majors now.

In the old days Todd Hamilton, Shaun Micheel, Michael Campbell, and these guys wouldn't sniff a major.

Just as I do not know shit about Tennis and did not address it, you obviously do not follow boxing. One of the reasons boxing is losing popularity is because of lack of big names. Lack of big names is because of lack of talent. The Heavy weight division no longer brings home the biggest purses, which is unheard of up until now.

As far as baseball, I still think the talent has been pretty equal over the last few decades deleting out roids. Maybe a little better now, but what is it hitting? My opinion (and please remember this is an opinion), is that there are too many teams. Pitching staffs used to be stronger (in general, I know there are exceptions) so hitting stats were not as high. Is there a difference from 1900 to 1950, yes a lot. But from 1960- now, not as much.

And as I said, jack and Tiger are debatable.
