Did anyone talking an going to Summer Fest last weekend go? Thoughts? I was disappointed. It was overcrowded & disgusting. Maybe I'm just too old for that shit these days.

I was supposed to go golfing tomorrow but we have a huge storm passing through that is closing the course I was going to play. Otherwise, maybe some boating? Oh & a photography class in the morning & maybe seeing my dad tomorrow at some point bc he will be in town.

i went and enjoyed it.

i have been to several festivals though and enjoy that type of deal. you've got to know what you're getting yourself into. it did not help that it was hot as shit though. camelbaks are a must. the security was so lax though, you just bring what you need (which, as always, should include a roll of tp)

however, they were woefully under prepared in regards to the portapotty situation. lines got ridiculous around the main stages. if you walked down to stage 3 or so, there was never any line. that was my major gripe.

that jeep thing was stupid and made getting between stage 1 and 2 too difficult.

Got a wedding that I'm not too excited about.
