start at the 9:00 position. The area between 6:00 and 9:00 kinda looks like it continues the circle, but it's much less defined than the rest of the circle. And the hatch lies right where the dot at the bottom of the ? should be (right at the tail of the plane). They really didn't do a very good job of salting the vertical line part, though.

I have a feeling that Michael is going to get the leaders of the lost camp to round up all the guns and strong people to go to the others camp, which will be abandoned. And the people left at the lost camp are looking at a boat carrying the armed others who are gonna kidnap the 'good' ones

Anyone want to make guesses on how the season will end? Although some people might not like that and consider it spoilerish.










This might sound crazy, but I think we will find out that Jack's dad is the leader of the Others. We saw in season 1 that he was "on the island". He is directly responsible for Jack and Ana Lucia being brought to the island. If he knew why Sawyer was in Australia, then he pretty much convinced him to kill that guy in the bar. There is a medical hatch that they would need an experienced (albeit drunk) doctor to operate.

yeah but the hatches and the Dharma project and shit date back to like 1980...everything is all run down now, I doubt Jack's dad would be in on it now since he just recently was in Australia anyways (and as far as we know everything is currently not operational)

interesting theory tho, it'd be crazy if you were right, esp. since they want us to think that Jack's dad is dead

nah, I think you're right about Jack's father being the leader of the others. Its been discussed a lot on other boards and seems like a pretty popular and convincing theory. If you go back and watch the past few episodes (the one with the Ana Lucia flashback, and the one where Henry is talking about "him" being a great man) with the mindset that Jack's dad is the leader then it makes sense.

But, I think that since it's a popular theory on the Lost boards, and how the writers of the show pay attention to the boards and seem to go against popular opinion when writing episodes, I dont know what to expect

BearWhoDrive, I never said it was my original theory, but I didn't actually read your post. I think a good portion of the fans think that is where it is going. Just like the theory that Locke's dad is the real Sawyer... seems like thats what they are setting up for.


Now I hadn't thought of another plane crashing.... but to me that seems really gay.

^ Oh, and the thought isn't that the island brought him back to life, but that he faked his death (like Jack did in 24).
