Bad boobs are probably very comparable to small dicks, yes. I would say that the main difference would be the fact that breast size/quality does not directly impact a man's ability to enjoy intercourse. (some may argue that point, but they'd have to take the point out of context in order to begin to have a valid argument).

Bad boobs are one of those things that qualify as a buzz kill. Usually because most hot girls that have bad boobs are masters at keeping them hidden or disguised. Not hard to do with bras and such. But, when the clothes come off... they aren't hidden or supported or pushed up anymore... and at times... can ruin the moment. Now, they'd have to be awfully bad to actually impact the moment or the future of the couple... but it can happen... just like when you turn the tables... girl lands a hot guy... gets him home.. clothes come off... and there it is...tiny and ineffective.

Good Lord... I've written in on this topic at least a dozen times.

The sheer number of people that seem to think that they are some sort of "boob job expert" just amazes me. You all need to simply shut the fuck up when you think that you have some sort of authority on the topic.

Remember the Seinfeld episode with Teri Hathcher (I think it was her) when they sent Elaine into the spa to spy on her... simply to find out if they were real or not... and her response was "they're real... and they're fantastic" (again, it's been awhile so my quote may be slightly off).

It is possible for a woman to have absolutely stunningly fantastic boobs NATURALLY. It can happen. And when they are that good, and depending on her career choices (or her inhibitions) you may just get to see them.

Now, let's talk boob jobs... just like getting a tattoo... you get what you pay for. Now, I don't ahve any tattoos so if I'm wrong here I'm sure I'll get corrected... but you get what you pay for. We've all seen people with sloppy looking tattoos... and unfortunately we've all seen a sloppy boobjob. Rarely does a high dollar boob job look "bad".. they may not look real, but remember... in most cases the plastic surgeon was told by the client (who is paying for the boobs) what kind of boobs she wants. So, is she wanted bulbous breasts that don't even approach a natural looking... that's what she gets. (these are generally the "over the muscle" type implants).

Here's what happens far too often:

Suzie Snodgrass has bad boobs. They are either too small, too saggy, poorly shaped of severely uneven. She has been possibly teased and made fun of all through high school and college... but at the very least she's been self-conscious of it. Finally she decides to get them fixed but she's not really able to afford it so she chooses the least expensive surgeon and puts the total bill of her new Chase Visa card. A couple of months later she's out partying it up with her friends and starts flashing people... or maybe she's into modeling... or maybe even porn... whatever, it doesn't matter... the general public gets to see them somehow and they aren't very well done.

So then some people like to think that EVERY boob job ever performed looks terrible, or that there can't possibly be a boob job that could look natural. I say, fuck off and do a little research.

There will always be those people that just simply don't like the idea of plastic surgery or specifically the boob job, and that's fine. Personally I'm not much for tattoos, but I don't look down on those that choose to get one. It's their decision.

When it comes to nice boobs... many women are jealous of those women who have them and will generally either say they are fake or that they "must be fake"... or in the rare instances that they KNOW that they are fake they will say that they don't look natural or something like that simply because they are jealous.

I'll leave it like this. There are very smart, beautiful, intelligent and successful women out there that get their boobs done. They pay top dollar for the surgery and the results are amazing. It's just that you will never see these boobs on the internet or in a magazine or on GGW. Her husband or boyfriend will see them. Maybe you'll catch a glimpse of them in a tight top, or low cut shirt, or bikini at the beach... but that's about it.
