I'm getting sick of not being able to tell whose gallery a picture is in by the URL.

^ & ^^ no. it checks the one you upload against the database and if it matches it just adds the original to your gallery. try it and see for yourself.

plus, if im at work and come across a picture that i would like to add to my gallery
i cant dl to the work server so i have to try and remember to do it later at thats a pain

then what's the point of even having the "Copy to my folder" link...

besides... wouldn't that just add a useless picture to the site? i'm probably dead wrong about this, but if you hit the "Copy" button then doesn't it just display the same picture from the same source in your gallery, whereas uploading would create another useless copy of the same pic on the site...
