ugh... that poster just doesn't look good... i hope htat's not reflective of hte cgi used in the movie...

actually, i own it...

for those who haven't seen it... the turtles go back in time to feudal japan and fight an evil daimyo to keep him from wiping out a village...

oh, and one of them performs cpr...

and casey teaches some japanese warriors how to play hockey...

and i think splinter ends up with a lampshade on his head to chear up mikey (who falls for the japanese heroine)... but i might just be remembering something from the 2nd movie...

now you understand why i don't have as strong of an attachment to the original style as i probably should considering my fanboyishness (also helps that i read the comics)

I agree that those action figures from the 3rd movie were pretty badass. I dunno if it had anything to do with the movie line or not, but the best ever was the samurai panda bear. I mean... is it possible to get MORE badass than a samurai panda?

I think not.

When I saw the first one, they sold these pies at the theater that were like Hostess pies, but with green ooze filling. Me and my friend got one and went into the theater. Before the movie started, some local martial arts group was up doing a demo. They did this move where a kid kicked a wooden gun out of a guy's hand. The gun went into the crowd and smacked my friend in the head. That shit was hillarious!

Panda Kahn was pre-TMNT3. He was part of the third series of figures; released in 1990.

Here's a really cool resource:
