Does anyone on here know of a program where you can remove the vocals from a song in standard mp3 format?

I don't know if there's some way of removing sounds in a certain range or frequency or something. But any help would be appreciated..

Thanks

you can transplant measures without vocals and pitchshift as needed for certain simple songs

but it doesn't sound all that great

Equalizers do that, but I don't think they are going to do exactly what you want in this situation, not to mention generally the vocal track gets in range or close enough to the instrumental.

I have used audacity's noise removal and had decent results on some songs, but it's never quite perfect.
