Makow - New Orleans: The Strategy For World Government
http://prisonplanet.com/Pages/Sept05/040905NWO.htm

Quote :
"Last weekend, I commented on how an exhibit at the London Zoo encourages people to think of themselves as animals. After the hurricane, the Drudge Report referred to New Orleans' residents Sept 2 with this main headline: "Trapped Like Animals."

Everything seems designed to deprive Americans of their sense of entitlement, and their belief in themselves, their country and government.

I'm sure you noticed how the media played up comparisons between the aftermath of devastation and "a third world country." These scenes "resemble refugee camps in Somalia or Iraq," reporters kept repeating.

In an emergency, speed is of the essence. As you know, help was very slow in coming. Thousands were drowning, stranded, hungry or sick. There were helicopters but remarkably few rescue boats which would have made a difference.

Agent provocateurs may have been planted to shoot at rescuers: Coast Guard Lieutenant Commander Cheri Ben-Iesan said, "there are people just taking pot-shots at police and at helicopters, telling them, 'You better come get my family."'

Why would anyone shoot at potential rescuers? These provocateurs caused rescue efforts to be suspended and provided an excuse to declare martial law.

Governor Kathleen Blanco called them "hoodlums" and issued a warning: Hundreds of National Guard troops hardened on the battlefield in Iraq have landed in New Orleans.

"They have M-16s and they're locked and loaded," she said. "These troops know how to shoot and kill, and they are more than willing to do so, and I expect they will."

Thus a disaster is turned into a proving ground for martial law."

Good article.

if after the disaster is cleaned up and order is restored us troops are still hanging around policing the people i will be mad about it too

but that has not happened yet

the fact is the overwhelming majority wants troops in there to restore order and help with the rescue efforts

Um, hasn't the mayor of NO been on national television cussing up a storm because the federal government basically didn't declare martial law SOON ENOUGH? The stupid fucks need martial law because they are unwilling to resolve the situation on a local level, it's easier to let someone else handle it.

"La. Official: Feds 'Murdered' Flood Victims

Federal bureaucrats who were slow to respond to the flood disaster in New Orleans "murdered" thousands of the city's residents who were left stranded for days without help, Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard charged Sunday.

"It's not just [Hurricane] Katrina that caused all these deaths in New Orleans here," an emotional Broussard told NBC's "Meet the Press."

"Bureaucracy has committed murder here in the greater New Orleans area, and bureaucracy has to stand trial before Congress now," he insisted.

"Hurricane Katrina will go down as one of the worst abandonments of Americans on American soil ever in U.S. history," the Jefferson Parish official complained. "I am personally asking our bipartisan congressional delegation here in Louisiana to immediately begin congressional hearings to find out just what happened here."

"Harnessing Weather: Allegations Surface That US, Russia Have Technology to Manage Hurricanes

American Free Press/Mike Blair | September 5 2005

...

Those who doubt that Katrina, or any other hurricane, could be stopped—or created—can find substantiation in a long-forgotten article by Chen May Yee in the Nov. 13, 1997, issue of The Wall Street Journal.

The article recounts an offer by the Russians to aid Malaysia to create a typhoon to dissipate a pall of smoke that hung over the country—and still does—caused by the burning of large sections of the rain forests in Indonesia and Sumatra.

To quote from the article: Datuk Law Hieng Ding, Malaysia’s minister for science, technology and the environment at the time, said his country “would use special technology to create an artificial cyclone to clean the air.”

The article went on to say that a Malaysian company, BicCure Sdn. Bhd., would sign a memorandum of understanding with a government-owned Russian company to create a cyclone that would cause torrential rains and thus cleanse the air over Malaysia of the smoke and ash.

What Russian company was the Malaysian official talking about?

On Oct. 2, 1992, The Wall Street Journal reported that a Russian company, Elate Intelligent Technologies, Inc., has weather control equipment for sale and uses the advertising slogan of “weather made to order.”

Igor Pirogoff, director of the company, said “Elate is capable of fine-tuning weather patterns over a 200-squaremile area for as little as $200 U.S. per day,” the newspaper reported."

America Needs To Hear Mayor Nagin's Entire Interview

Quote :
"The networks have reduced it to highly edited sound bytes that simply DO NOT convey the Mayor's frustration with the lack of prompt, active response from FEMA and the US Govt, particularly the President.

In the wee hours (between 5 & 6AM, Indiana time) CNN broadcast the entire (approx 10-min) interview during which Nagin alternately cursed and pled with the federal government to speed help in the form of troops, buses, and rescue equipment. The language was EXTREMELY base and gutsy (and "un-bleeped")... but the logic, though interspersed with emotional desperation, was bluntly to the point."

Dude we get it...he's frustrated. Any leader who has had his infrastructure wiped out would be frustrated. The problem is exactly that though....his infrastructure just dissapeared. His ability to manage emergencies dissipated when TWO-THIRDS of this police and fire forces decided to just up and quit or dissapear. Emergency management has to progress from a local level to a state level and so on.

The gap in this particular emergency has been so huge because the people who should be getting shit done are too concerned with playing the blame game and giving up because of a perception that they can't do enough. It's typical modern America apathy. My grandparents generation would have been apalled by the lack of local response and the shift of responsibility.

"New World Orleans: Microcosm for the "New America"

Special report on the elite police state takeover

Steve Watson | September 5 2005

Imagine an America where everyone is displaced. It's survival of the fittest as all law and order has broken down. Martial law has been declared with 24 hr curfews, Posse Comitatus has been overturned and there are troops on the streets shooting anyone who disobeys their orders. Thousands and thousands of people are starving but the authorities will not allow aid in any significant amounts. Large crowds are quelled with the use of sonic lasers, whilst overhead drone aircraft monitor the area, checking for any anomalous activity.

Any form of Local and State government has been abandoned and officials have been forcibly removed against their wills. The elite infiltrators of the Federal Government watch on from afar, in control of everything, answering to no one and getting fat off the profits of their own corrupt inactivity which brought about the situation in the first instance. They like it that way, it suits them down to the ground, why should they do anything to improve the situation?

This is the nightmare situation of a New World Order takeover in America. It is what we have been warning the world about for years. It is no longer some distant possibility on the horizon that our children may have to endure and fight against, it is here, it is now. New Orleans is a testing ground for this exact scenario, all this is going on there now. We are witnessing in New Orleans, the construction of a microcosm for a "New America" and a New World Order."

You can't put it in the proper perspective much better than that.

Quote :
"Former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury on New Orleans: "Americans Are Being Brainwashed"

[...]

Roberts reviewed the way in which the federal government had slashed funding for flood prevention schemes and pumped everything into the war in Iraq and the war on Terror. He also went on to admit that the military was turning on the people, treating them as subjects, overturning the Posse Comitatus Act.

Roberts agreed that FEMA has deliberately withheld aid, and cut emergency communication lines, and automatically made the crisis look worse in order to empower the image of a police state emerging to "save the day". He even insinuated that the shoot to kill policy was part of the overall operation in order get an awful precedence set to aid the military industrial complex takeover of America.

"The power of the Federal Government is now greater than at any time, it'll never go back and the Posse Comitatus Act has been eroding ever since it was passed in 1878..." Roberts asserted.

Roberts further commented "There is no excuse for this, we have never had in our history the federal government take a week to respond to a disaster...this is the first time ever that the help was not mobilized in advance. The proper procedure is that everything is mobilized and ready to go"

Mr Roberts commented that the American people are being "brainwashed" and no longer believe what the founding fathers said over and over, that your worst enemy is always your own government and never confuse Patriotism with support for the government. He asserted that the mentality is "like that of the brown shirts that followed Hitler" and that the government is deadly dangerous, "you can't let the military take over policing".

[...]

Roberts went on to stress that this event is WORSE than 9/11 because it was announced days ahead of the event and contingency plans were intentionally ignored. The officials on the scene have said there was a complete stand down of the government and intentional incompetence. Furthermore they did nothing ON PURPOSE in order to provoke the resulting chaos and anarchy so they could say "look how out of control everything is - we have to have limits on freedom and troops on the streets.""

I don't object to the National Guard being used to HELP people. It would be perfectly fine if they were used in there PROPER role...helping deliver supplies and rescue people.

I DO object to martial law being declared. I object to the use of the military in police actions against U.S. citizens in violation of Posse Comitatus. I object to the National Guard and other soldiers patrolling New Orleans in "combat mode" with M-16s openly displayed and having the authority to "shoot to kill" anyone they please.

FEMA and the troops are HINDERING, not helping, these people. They are not allowing aid to get into the city. They delayed responding to this disaster in order to provoke and create the crisis, including the looting and chaos. They needed the chaos and crisis in order to declare martial law and test out their police state measures.

"FEMA Deliberately Sabotaging Hurricane Relief Efforts

Multiple parishes revolt, use armed guards to defend against feds

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones | September 6 2005

Numerous credible sources have come forward with examples of how the Federal Emergency Management Agency is deliberately sabotaging Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in New Orleans. This represents a ruthless attempt on the part of FEMA to impose a federal takeover of the area for their own benefit amid a tragedy that has already claimed anything up to 10,000 lives.

The mainstream media has picked up on this story but is whitewashing it as just another 'failure' of the federal government in dealing with the crisis.

In reality the actions are part of a coordinated campaign to deepen the scope of the disaster in order to force through bumper funding increases for FEMA.

Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard (pictured below) appeared on Meet the Press Sunday and broke down in tears as he described FEMA's criminal activities.

"We have been abandoned by our own country. Hurricane Katrina will go down in history as one of the worst storms ever to hit an American coast, but the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina will go down as one of the worst abandonments of Americans on American soil ever in U.S. history.""

FEMA--we had 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel on a Coast Guard vessel docked in my parish. The Coast Guard said, "Come get the fuel right away." When we got there with our trucks, they got a word. "FEMA says don't give you the fuel." Yesterday--yesterday--FEMA comes in and cuts all of our emergency communication lines. They cut them without notice. Our sheriff, Harry Lee, goes back in, he reconnects the line. He posts armed guards on our line and says, "No one is getting near these lines." Sheriff Harry Lee said that if America--American government would have responded like Wal-Mart has responded, we wouldn't be in this crisis."

Offers of foreign aid worth tens of millions of dollars -- including a Swedish water purification system, a German cellular telephone network and two Canadian rescue ships -- have been delayed for days awaiting review by backlogged federal agencies, according to European diplomats and information collected by the State Department.

Since Hurricane Katrina, more than 90 countries and international organizations offered to assist in recovery efforts for the flood-stricken region, but nearly all endeavors remained mired yesterday in bureaucratic entanglements, in most cases, at the Federal Emergency Management Agency."

FEMA Still Blocking Firefighters and Police From Entering New Orleans
http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/september2005/080905stillblocking.htm

http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-katrina8sep08,0,2942650.story

Quote :
"Michael D. Brown, director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency — who is under fire for the agency's slow response to the flooding — said Wednesday that scores of police and volunteer firefighters from around the nation, as well as trucks loaded with donated water, were even now being prevented from entering New Orleans while troops conduct house-to-house searches.

"They can't just yet," Brown said during a briefing in Baton Rouge. "There is going to come this natural time when we will release this floodgate of cops and firefighters who want to help. It's the same for anyone who wants to volunteer — we have over 50,000 offers of donations from the private sector. It has to be coordinated in such a way that it helps."

Numerous state and local officials in Louisiana have accused FEMA of making the situation worse with red tape and a hesitant response immediately after Katrina slammed into the coasts of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

"I'm asking Congress, please don't send any more money to FEMA," said Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.), a staunch critic of the agency. "Send it directly to the local officials." But White House officials said $50 billion of the new aid package, supplementing $10.5 billion approved last week, would be routed to FEMA.
"

FEMA was created to supposedly deal with emergency situations, such as natural disasters. Far from the truth. FEMA's primary purpose relates to the takeover of government and the implementation of martial law in the U.S. in the event of a crisis. FEMA operates hundreds of massive internment camps all over the country that now sit empty, but are planned for use in the future.

The government and media will try to spin the New Orleans disaster as a "failure" or "screw up" by the government, and the solution is MORE FUNDING for FEMA and other parts of the government (just as after 9/11, they claimed that the answer to the massive "incompetence" by the CIA, FBI, etc. was massive increases in funding for those agencies). This increased funding will only result in the federal government having MORE POWER to implement and plan for the martial law takeover of the United States.

Riiiiight. I forgot that all "truth" must first pass through the "mainstream" media. In other words, only their conclusions can be considered true, and all other conclusions are false.

You are referring to the "official story" or the "politically correct story." The reality is that the official story is not always true. Does the MSM always tell the truth?

Have you ever thought that you can think for yourself, instead of letting the MSM draw your conclusions for you? Think about it. FEMA and the Federal Government had a relief plan for a hurricane hitting NO (and they certainly should have), and they have failed miserably to implement it. Then, you have all these reports (including MSM reports! OMG!) that FEMA and the FEDs are deliberately refusing aid to get in and are hindering the relief efforts. IS THIS ALL JUST MASSIVE INCOMPETENCE ON THE PART OF THE FEDS? Is it just some "screw up" like the MSM would have us believe? Whoops, the federal government has just messed up again. FEMA needs massive increases in funding. Or is it deliberate?

It's OBVIOUSLY delieberate, after looking at these MSM reports of the FEDS refusing aid and hindering relief efforts. Throw in the fact that the FEMA and the federal government delayed responding to the disaster, and even cut funding for the upkeep of the levees in previous years.

"Slow response bewilders former FEMA officials

BY FRANK JAMES AND ANDREW MARTIN
Chicago Tribune

WASHINGTON - (KRT) - Government disaster officials had an action plan if a major hurricane hit New Orleans. They simply didn't execute it when Hurricane Katrina struck.

Thirteen months before Katrina hit New Orleans, local, state and federal officials held a simulated hurricane drill that Ronald Castleman, then the regional director for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, called "a very good exercise."

More than a million residents were "evacuated" in the tabletop scenario as 120-mile-an-hour winds and 20 inches of rain caused widespread flooding that supposedly trapped 300,000 people in the city.

"It was very much an eye-opener," said Castleman, a Republican appointee of President Bush who left FEMA in December for the private sector. "A number of things were identified that we had to deal with, not all of them were solved."

Still, Castleman found it hard to square the lessons he and others learned from the exercise with the frustratingly slow response to the disaster that has unfolded in the wake of Katrina. From the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans to the Mississippi and Alabama communities along the Gulf Coast, hurricane survivors have decried the lack of water, food or security and the slowness of the federal relief efforts.

"It's hard for everyone to understand why buttons weren't pushed earlier on," Castleman said of the federal response.

As the first National Guard truck caravans of water and food arrived in New Orleans Friday, former FEMA officials and other disaster experts were at a loss to explain why the federal government's lead agency for responding to major emergencies had failed to meet the urgent needs of hundreds of thousands of Americans in the most dire of circumstances in a more timely fashion."

"Very Painful Questions About New Orleans

By America's Patriot
9-8-5

There's something very wrong with the chronology of the levee breaks in New Orleans

Do you find it highly suspicious that the levees in New Orleans broke at 4:00 AM on August 30th?

The main storm surge from Hurricane Katrina would have been washed into Lake Pontchartrain at about 7:00 AM on August 29th when the counterclockwise motion of Katrina was pushing water from the Gulf of Mexico into the lake.

Why is there a 21 hour discrepancy between the storm surge and the collapse of the levees?

During the initial news coverage, some media outlets tried to explain away the time discrepancy as a "secondary storm surge" off of Lake Pontchartrain. Hurricanes DO NOT, never have and never will create "secondary storm surges". There's only one storm surge, the main surge while a hurricane makes landfall.

A secondary storm surge is about as believable as a magic bullet. But of course anybody who logically investigates the facts of this catastrophe will be accused of spending way too much time on the grassy knoll.

Now lets move on to the next two questions."

Says the boy who lets prisonplanet.com draw conclusions for him.

"Then, you have all these reports (including MSM reports! OMG!) that FEMA and the FEDs are deliberately refusing aid to get in and are hindering the relief efforts."

If you actually read the entire article they usually provide an explanation for their actions. You fail to do this, instead viewing it in the most inflammatory way possible.

Quote :
"IS THIS ALL JUST MASSIVE INCOMPETENCE ON THE PART OF THE FEDS?"

Its fairly obvious that this disaster was due to mistakes at all levels of government. Its naive to point your finger solely at the federal side of it, of course you have to for the sake of your conspiracy.

Quote :
"Whoops, the federal government has just messed up again. FEMA needs massive increases in funding. Or is it deliberate?"

Who exactly is calling for massive increases in funding? The majority of politicians have called for a reduction in red tape within FEMA.

Quote :
"It's OBVIOUSLY delieberate..."

Please prove something for once. We grow tired of your wild and unfounded conclusions.

^ Oh jesus christ, are you trying to suggest that the NWO blew a hole in the levee?

Nothing to see here. It's all just a "big coincidence." The government is just "incompetent" and a bunch of idiots. What's that? Deliberatlely hindering relief efforts?! How dare you...enough of that "conspiracy theory" talk. The government just messed up AGAIN. That's all. Whoops! We just need to increase their funding and we'll be ok. No need to fire anybody either. They'll all get promotions and their departments will get a bunch more money. Just like after 9/11.

Weeelllll! THAT settles it!! Just call all these facts "theories" and "stupid", and just call me "crazy." That'll show 'em! No need to resort to something at least resembling a logical argument. You couldn't logically explain how FEMA hindering relief efforts is anything other than DELIBERATE. Resorting to name-calling and smear is entirely understandable on your part. That's what you have to do when you're on the losing side of an issue.

if you're trying to defend yourself and your bull with these statements i would think twice. there have been countless times when YOU have resorted to name calling and smear tactics. so in effect, you have been on the losing side of these issues for a lot longer than we have.

i wouldn't really call it hindering
but i could
a lot of it would involve lousianas homeland security agency
but it would just be a waste of time

I guess you don't see the problems in letting a bunch of uncoordinated civilians run around a disaster area during relief efforts.

How the hell is he on the losing side?

You're trying to sell a completely implausible conspiracy theory with absolutely no proof. Out of all of your conspiracy threads, you have yet to prove a single thing.

"New Orleans Begins Confiscating Firearms as Water Recedes

New York Times | September 8 2005

NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 8 - Waters were receding across this flood-beaten city today as police officers began confiscating weapons, including legally registered firearms, from civilians in preparation for a mass forced evacuation of the residents still living here.

No civilians in New Orleans will be allowed to carry pistols, shotguns or other firearms, said P. Edwin Compass III, the superintendent of police. "Only law enforcement are allowed to have weapons," he said.

But that order apparently does not apply to hundreds of security guards hired by businesses and some wealthy individuals to protect property. The guards, employees of private security companies like Blackwater, openly carry M-16's and other assault rifles. Mr. Compass said that he was aware of the private guards, but that the police had no plans to make them give up their weapons.

Nearly two weeks after the floods began, New Orleans has turned into an armed camp, patrolled by thousands of local, state, and federal law enforcement officers, as well as National Guard troops and active-duty soldiers. While armed looters roamed unchecked last week, the city is now calm. No arrests were made on Wednesday night or this morning, and the police received only 10 calls for service, a police spokesman said."

"Total Gun Confiscation of Law Abiding Citizens Begins

Alex Jones/Infowars.com | September 9 2005

The federal government has been chomping at the bit for decades to disarm the American people, and now an amalgamation of state and local police led by the BATF are having their deepest desire fulfilled in New Orleans.

Major newspapers are reporting that in middle-class neighborhoods undamaged by floodwaters paramilitary police are going door-to-door demanding citizens’ firearms.

The New York Times even admitted that this is so that the citizenry cannot resist when they are physically forced to leave their homes.

Most of the residents are contentious nurses and power plant employees who are currently working in key areas of infrastructure. Others refuse to leave because early on they were told they would have to break up their families to do so. Still more refuse to leave and give up beloved family pets.

Hold outs, many of whom have a year’s supply of food and water filters, tell the police, “We’re the people who stopped the looters when you guys were nowhere to be seen in the first six days.”"

"Report: Armed Mexican Troops Invade US

Eyewitnesses: Under cover of aid, combat ready soldiers roll into Texas

Alex Jones & Paul Joseph Watson | September 8 2005

Two separate credible sources known to Alex Jones have reported that armed combat ready Mexican troops have entered Texas.

The Associated Press reported today that unarmed Mexican troops were being escorted by the US army to help relief efforts for hurricane Katrina.

However, the report was only specific to one convoy. The convoys reported to Alex Jones are said to be fully armed with Heckler & Koch German assault rifles.

The first sighting occurred at 12:30 on Highway 183 traveling towards Austin. The eyewitness described at least ten vehicles, four jeeps (other witnesses described them as Humvees) and six combat trucks brimming with armed Mexican troops wearing body armor, helmets and rifles. The troops riding in the jeeps were wearing holstered hand guns."

Even if they are supposedly here just to "help with the relief efforts", WHY ARE THE ARMED? This is illegal, and it is setting a dangerous precedent of allowing foreign troops to enter the U.S. and participate in martial law situations.

i'm still undecided whether salisbury really believes this shit or if he's an extraordinarily talented and continuing troll.

if he does believe it, it's amazing that he can't step outside his ranting and see how crazy it all makes him sound. but then you can't expect an irrational person to think or act rationally.

Mass Murder by Drowning--the Unexplained Crack in Several Feet of Concrete
http://cytations.blogspot.com/2005/09/mass-murder-by-drowning-unexplained.html

From the 1st comment...

Quote :
"WHO BROKE THE LEVEE INTENTIONALLY BY RAMMING IT WITH GRAIN BARGES ???

THE FACTS:

#1 The LEVEE was under the operation and control (via the corruption of local LEVEE boards) of ZIONIST gambling interests. RESEARCH IT TO GET ENLIGHTENED.

#2 FIVE SHOT DEAD IN NEW ORLEANS were DEPT OF DEFENSE workers investigating the INTENTIONAL LEVEE BREAK, according to AP.

#3 Intentionally breaking the 17th street levee flooded 80% of the city and caused the CHAOS -- the LEVEE was intentionally broken after the storm had passed. The storm was only CAT 2 strength when it passed over the city (according to the hurricane center it had MAX winds of 100 MPH when it passed over the city -- weaker than BETSY which resulted in 75 deaths).

#3A This is the reason why the response was INTENTIONALLY SLOW -- few or no witnesses to the INTENTIONAL BREAKING OF THE LEVEE."

Levee sounds suspiciously like Levy, which is historically a jewish surname.
