1) Are there public tennis courts (and how many?) at Pullen Park near the Bell Tower?

2) Do they close at a certain time, and are they lit up?

I was thinking about going out there about 7:30 tonight to get a game on.

I am pretty sure they are public, I know I have played on them before.
However though, if you play at night, at a certain time without any warnings the lights go off.
