You're required to be placed under oath before testifying to a grand jury. The grand jury is still court.

If you're talkign about anything related to clinton, it's a strawman argument, and you know it. I guarantee you that almost any pro-clinton person on tww would tell you that clinton lying under oath was a punishable offense.
