If you have experience (co-op, internships, etc.) then probably pretty good.

If you have a degree and nothing else, not so much.

i graduated CHE in dec 2003. Co-oped. good grades. No offers until March. I think the whole process is geared towards the May graduates.

And yeah, it does matter who you know. Especially if you don't have a 4.0 and a face for GQ.

^When did you start applying for jobs? A few people I have known began sending resumes at the beginning of their senior year and got job offers (for jobs starting the following May) before they even finished the semester.

agreed that it's geared toward may graduates
started looking for jobs after dec. starting in march career fair, they were looking for may graduates...
