i am transfering and need someone to take over my room in my apartment at university suites. the lease includes e-net, water, power, cable, and phone. I would be willing to pay for the first months rent and the 200 doller subleaseing fee. if interested please reply to this or if you know anyone that is looking direct them this way. thank you.

probably means ethernet. i am looking but am not currently a student. would it still be strait to live there
