i dont really have a problem with them taking a SF, though i'm afraid Gay isnt THAT much of an upgrade over wallace, so i'm not sure what they'd do there. if it had em drafting a PF, i'd probably have to confront bernie bickerstaff with an angry tone and it would not be pretty.

Rajon Rondo going 9th???? What makes him so special. Ive watched him play about 4 games this year (UNC, Tennessee twice, Arkansas) and I see nothing so great about him.

well see the problem is there's nobody special in the draft really, so people with his ability go from a late 1st rd pick to a top 10.

^True. Hopefully Charlotte gets the #1 pick and trades it for a shooting guard, which is what they really need I think. I wouldn't mind seeing them trade down and actually take Redick and get a 1st rounder for next year or a role player in the trade.

isnt that Greg Oden kid going pro, or is the new age limit thing stopping him?

yeah with no high schoolers this is the one year that the draft is only gonna be able to draw from college kids who werent ready for the pros after high school. The next few years will seestuds like Greg Oden and OJ Mayo after they serve thier requisite year or two in college.

OSU's class has been called the greatest of all time. Looks like Herb's assistant (Thad Matta) is a better recruiter than he is.

while i'd like to see them get a SG, redick IS a role player, so i dont really like that plan. they need a scorer. i'd really like to see em get morrison. i'd even take morrison over gay. if gay would start takin over some games and really showing off the ability that everyone knows he has, he'd be a lock.

Id like to see Morrison with the Bobcats if he'll shave that shit off his lip, also, with all the cap room the Bobcats have they can be major players in the free agent market this year and next...

im voting for LeBron, since cleveland was booing him the other night he obviously wont stay

yea its funny cause you think of lebron as being one of those players that isnt going to go anywhere, but there are already some legit rumors floatin around of new york and another team that i cant remember off the top of my head. if the bobcats could get him, i'd change my vote (like i have one) to gay. gay, james, and felton (and wallace as a 6th man) would be some fun, uptempo basketball.

^^^^^^ how is OSU's class rated the greatest of all time when Carolina's class is rated by almost every recruiting service as better than OSU?

Dont have the link, but i believe the same is said at Espn.com

Remember, he just turned 19 and has some filling out/maturing to do unlike Redick and Morrision. As someone who has watched nearly every game of his the last 2 years he is not someone a team that NEEDS to win next year should pick. He is, by far in my estimation, the most talented player in the draft though. That said, it's going to take at least 2-3 years for him to develop into a player though...

V personally I think Gay has a better outside shot though he has struggled with it this year..

Rudy Gay is going #1, that is set in stone.

I hope to god the Bobcats get the #1 pick.

We'd just slide Gerald Wallace to SF... a backcourt of Felton/Gay has a lot of potential.

Everyone knows we're in the market for a SG (Bob even announced it recently) and this would be a much cheaper way than blowing our cap space on an average one...

Oh yeah and Rajon Rondo is going high because of his defense... he could be the next Gary payton... everyone loves his length (no homo)

If Houston passes on Redick they are retarded.

He'd be sick on a team with T-Mac drawing double teams and Alston penetrating...

They've got plenty of athleticism with Stromile Swift to makeup for Redick being out there...

redick would be a great fit for houston, with t-mac like you said, and yao bein able to go 1on1 too. i mean david wesley is a good fit for their offense, and redick can be better than wesley (at scoring...wesley actually played some point. i cant imagine redick ever doing that)

looks the Bobcats want to be long and atheletic, play hard defense, and just out hustle teams... now if they bring in the big name free agent things could be falling in place for a playoff run... hopefully emeka wont stay hurt his whole career...

I wish Hansbrough would leave. This is going to be the weakest draft class for a few years, and he can't get that much better.

I hate that fucker.
