misc. bodywork and stock header from a 2002 GSX-R 750. Some of it will fit other year models, as well as 600cc and 1000cc GSX-Rs, although I don't remember all of the compatabilities offhand (it's not hard to find out, though).

I wrecked the bike at Deal's Gap, then repaired it, so this bodywork is not painted to match stock. Just as I was getting it put back together and ready to ride again, my neighbors had a party, and one of their guests knocked my bike of its stand in my backyard, which cracked the tail section (although it should be pretty easily repairable, or usable as track plastic).

anyway, I took it back apart to fix it again, and before I could get it fixed, the bike got stolen.

The bodywork has the aforementioned crack in the tail section, and the rest of it has some minor garage rash from sitting around. It is perfectly suitable for a track bike (or as a set of spare bodywork for a street/track machine). You could use it for an everyday streetbike, too, but it would need repainting if you really wanted it to look right.

The header has a small dent in the intermediate collector. I don't think it's enough that to really be a factor.

I'll sell any or all of this stuff for any reasonable offer. I'm located in Pensacola, FL, but I can ship it wherever, and I can get really good shipping rates from the FedEx place on base. I can also post more pictures of anything you are interested in.

Humm. Not quite sure if 2002 750's could match up to an 05 600. The side farings look almost the same as an 05, but since they moved some pieces around, the farings might not align correctly.

Talk to WMVlad007 as he has an 03 600. Perhaps he'd need some spare plastics?

nope, windshield and upper were on it when it got stolen

and yeah, i've ridden away from 3 out of my 4 wrecks (including one at about 75 where I ended up tumbling down the highway about 10 times).

as long as you have good gear and don't hit anything, you'll probably be ok.

yeah, just trying to do it the easy way...plus ebay is a roll of the dice for something like that (i mean, there's the reserve, but it's a lot of trouble and a little expense for something that might not sell)

i'd rather just get a reasonable sum of money for all of it, put it in a box, and get it out of my garage. Putting each piece on eBay is more trouble than I'd really like to go to.

A local dude down here offered $125 (I told him $175). He said that if I wanted to try to get my price for it, that was cool, and that if he actually needed it, he would buy it for $175 and feel like he got a good deal. He was just gonna stockpile it for crash spares if he could get it cheap enough.

[Edited on April 14, 2006 at 6:36 PM. Reason : and if all else fails, i'll prob just tell him to come pick it up for $125.]
