I really do not wanna pay rent at two places this summer so here's what I am offering. I'm renting my room out in a 4 bedroom 2 bath apt. at the College Inn. The rent is 480/month which includes all utilities and a parking spot, and I'm willing to negotiate on that to a certain point. Furthermore, I'm making it available May 16th and it runs till August 2nd. I'm willing to take care of all May rent.

Oh and for those who do not know much about the College Inn, it is furnished and has a pool, workout center, computer lab, club house with pool table, and tanning I think. Also, it is right across the st. from campus about 50 yards from the wolfline stop.

I am getting desperate so I'm willing to go down to 380 on the rent for june and july and I will also take care of any application fees and what not. pm me if interested.

Also, is anyone knows some effective websites to advertise on let me know. I've tried ncsuliving and gooffcampus. thanks.

so basically the lump sum will be 760 for two and a half months including wireless net, utilities, cable tv, parking, and all the other amenities the complex has. Plus it's as close to campus as you can get. I think it's a solid deal especially if you're attending summer school. Sooo, someone give me a pm if interested.
