I guess I should have stated that one of the rooms that will be open in August is mine. It's not too shabby for the price. I've had no problems whatsoever during the past year.

bttt I still have two rooms open for next semester. The apartment was redone last summer with hardwood floors in the living room and fans in all of the rooms. It is considerably nicer than most of the apartments in the complex. Email me if you are interested (tmbarker@ncsu.edu).
