look, i don't want to have to bother with going down to the transportation office, turning it in, & waiting for a check. i probably can't even make it over there before they close anyway. i understand transportation will charge you $65 for a summer pass. $40 firm

no they dont', they mail it and it takes 3 weeks.

but it takes all of 3 minutes to do that.

i'm pretty sure i work until after the transportation office closes so its tough for me to make it down there. i'd rather just let someone off here come pick it up, & save someone money.
