I was just dropping a deuce here at work and noticed that i had to fight with the roll to get the TP out because it wasn't hanging on top and was wondering if anyone else shared my struggle.

the dispenser in my br has to be the most ineffecient design ever

it'd require one to have basically double jointed elbows

so it doesn't get used, so we roll on the window sill on the end
