Basically the entire house is furnished already, the bedroom can be partially furnished or cleared out if you have your own stuff. There is a bed, end tables, dresser, etc in there now that can stay if you want, if not I will get rid of them.
Right now living here is another girl (23) that might be moving soon, my girfriend (25) and myself (24). The other roomate is NEVER here because she is dating someone that lives three hours away and has gotten a job down there. My girlfriend works full time and takes classes part time. She is gone for work quite a bit. I work full time and take classes part time as well.
Rent is $435 a month and includes all utillities. We have a DVR in the living room, you can also get one in your room if you pick up the cost of it and add it to your rent check every month. We have RR standard speed with wireless. We have Time Warner house phone, and in the office a Laser Multifunction Fax/Copy/Scan/Printer that is on the network so you can Print/Scan/& Fax from your computer.
The lease term is very negotiable, I own the townhouse so you dont have to deal with a management company. The rental terms are month to month with 30 days notice required to vacate. The location of this place makes it excellent for commuting to campus because the Gorman St. wolfline stop is like a 60 second walk. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. We have a young playful dog here, and an older declawed cat. As long as your animal gets along with the current ones, and is housebroken then it should work out fine.
The room is available immediately!! If you want to move in now you can pay January's rent and not have to pay anything partial for whatever is left of December. If you have questions or want to take a look PM me or call 919-673-7389! I am generally home late in the evenings after 7:00.] 12/11/2007 10:25:51 AM |
