If I can recall correctly, That MacGyver guy got suspended for making fun of Jacklegs dad when he died. Yet, the Jackleg guy didnt get suspended for making fun of Macs dad when he died.

Seems kinda fishy to me. I would assume making fun of anyones dead parent would be a suspendable offense sense it has already been established that that can happen.
