not really, everyone has to do it for about 3 months and then they rotate you to another shift. i don't mind it at all, it's actually pretty awesome.

I worked 2nd shift once... I thought it was miserable! 3pm-11pm.

It was at Energizer Battery plant. I got the job over summer break my freshman year. It smelled terrible, the work was overly monotonous, the people were FILLED with drama, but I was working with my best friend - on the same special packages line with her. So, she and I cut up a lot.

I only did the second shift for like a week before I was transferred to her plant on 1st shift.

Might have to do that. We ended up at Sullivans midnight last year and I ended up having to do damage control for my friend because her boyfriend went overboard with booze and got all dramatic on everyone. What a way to ring in the year.
