Pretty bad it takes so long to load the login screen that I can take a screen cap of the frozen page waiting for the ad server to respond. I imaging non premies get this on every page.....

yay, my computer right now sounds like it has a case of tourettes and there is nothing I can do about it since I need sound for work right now.

do you need sound in IE, or do you just need sound in your computer?

cause if you don't need sound in IE, i think you can go into IE options and uncheck "Play Sounds in webpages" (under the Advanced tab)

that would solve the slow ad loading problem

it would make sense to me, from the perspective of someone who wants to generate revenue via ads, to make sure it doesn't take away from the user experience. if it's so annoying that people are using adblock, what's the point of having them at all?
