Need a listing book username and password to start looking for homes in the Greensboro area. Really do not want to get a realtor involved but realize that is kind of the catch to getting access. If anyone is a realtor and can activate an account for me please PM.

Thanks,

Scott

Couldn't they lose their license for something like that?

^No. I got one now. The catch is a realtor has to activate you so they can monitor what your looking at hence they then try and sell you the house. I realize this is their job but I just need it for the information to look myself. I went to a realtors site and they sign you up so hopefully she will not bother me too much. Listingbook is a great research tool but it sucks because it flags certain things you look at so they can monitor your activity.

^^ after reading, apparently it's not MLS access so no

it's like most real estate brokerage's "My-Personal-Search-Whatever" service that lets agents keep an eye on you when you're just searching like it's through the normal site search, but it's branded to look more like you've got access to the real estate agent secret conspiracy sauce

i imagine it lets you save more info than a general triad search site so that could be handy
