yeah, its kinda a push at this point, but I just think the star power and experience of the yankees will push them a little bit ahead of the chisox in the last part of the season

but, then again, the AL east is pretty competitive, so the yankees might wind up with a worse record

Gardenhire threw his hat on the ground and (apparently as an extra) kicked it in protest. Showing their Twin Cities pride, Minnesota fans then responded to his ejection by throwing their hats and giveaway baseballs on the field at White Sox players (who were on the field since it was the bottom of the inning). Basically it was the type of crap you'd see at a Cubs game.

FWIW Chicago would probably destroy itself Batman Begins style if there was an all-Chicago World Series
