it's called exit polling, and it's the reason why everyone thought Gore won in 2000

Yeah, but it's with 0% precincts reporting, so....

Yeah, looking at the details on WRAL it doesn't even look like they have enough of a voter count (35,000 split across all candidates) to even account for the early voters, let alone everyone that voted today.

Maybe their totals really are with 0% precincts reporting.

it doesn't matter if the polls closed at 730. people probably aren't done voting yet. i'm sure some polls had lines and as long as you're in line at 730 you get to vote.

actually i went to my polling spot 2 times today, once at about 8am and it was moving fast with no line, and i went again at 630 maybe and stayed till 7. my aunt lives nearby and she didnt know where the new place, so i went with her to help. then we ran into someone who knew my family and sat there for a while

the point is, im almost positive there was no line at my polling place, and mine has got to be one of the biggest in the area

honestly who cares about what happens in the primaries for all these states that are SURE mccain states come november. The party should nominate a candidate that can have a strong showing in swing states and at least bring home the traditionally blue states.
