Actually, there was nothing sick about that. It was simply a surgical procedure dude. It didn't show any genitalia, the patient was covered up except for the site of operation and it wasn't a dead person. Just because you get queasy doesn't mean I broke the rules. You're saying you think an old man sticking his penis in another old man's ass (Something which was posted that same day in a thread that was NOT labeled NSFW) bothers you less than a picture of a legitimate surgical procedure?

The fact is, you just didn't like the picture. Oh and yes, you're right about there being a difference. The difference is that what I posted was work suitable. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it at all.
