Only thing I can think of as far as food trigger is mussels and a can of Progresso clam chowder. I put these two together the night before for quick alfredo with pasta. I have had mussels before, don't believe I am allergic, maybe this one was a bad frozen batch.

Also I slept kinda crooked the night before. Neck all crooked...

I had a really bad migraine a couple weeks ago after eating dinner at Plates. Everything I ate at Plates had a lot of salt in it. I took an Advil and drank a couple glasses of water and went to bed.
