It's been a few years since I had thermo, but my friend Paul hooked me up with some of Lyons old tests when I took it. Try sending him an email, he might still have them lying around: paul_cousins@ncsu.edu

I would use them as a study guide because he doesnt give much material for understanding...

Technically if tis to study with theres nothing illegal with it. A lot of profs hand them out/post them for people to study wtih and see their test style anyway.
