Still waiting for this book to arrive. Not looking like it will so trying to find another one. How are the questions coming along? I'm down with the material so hoping to get the book a couple days before and be okay.

Did you get the book? Can you post images of the questions due thursday (a digi cam shot of the book should do)?

I found it on google books but some of the pages are omitted.
