You can usually find good logos on Wikipedia.

Once upon a time, there was a huge folder that was browseable on NCSU's website. It had all of the really high-res TIF files. I downloaded them all, but now I can't find the page again.

Yeah, that's the one... I used the image location address, and then browsed the folder. That doesn't work anymore.
