+1. I can't speak to her intelligence, but anyone working in an industry swarming with photographers like modeling would understand even basic shit like providing credit for photos.

She is right about the editors though. Chances are they knew what they were doing was wrong, but did it anyway because they figured they wouldn't get caught, at least the US publications.

On the photographer's side, if she fights this too hard, she could find her access to shows like this blocked in the future. She's going to have to eat the loss with a forced smile.
