the guys I have been PMing are spotty with their responses so i will try this instead see if anyone can help or knows what may be the deal.

49cc mini chopper.

cleaned out the carb with spray, new spark plug, new gas etc.

it wont start...i kicked it yesterday and it ran fine...today it wont run at all. I made sure I had spark with a light meter, the plug was wet when i tried kicking it a few times so the carb seems to be working and it was running yesterday. I didnt have the chain on when I tried to start it yesterday and threw it on, it was wanting to buck on me and now wont start at all...wont even pop

Dude...have a little patience. I can't usually respond immediately with when I'll give you a hand; I got a day job in Butner and an already busy schedule lots of evenings. The earliest I can look at it is gonna be Saturday (unless a couple of somethings change between now and then)...and I'll be glad to do that.

Now, for your spark...did you actually see if you physically had spark using the spark plug grounded on the cylinder head?

As far as the carb goes, have you had it apart? Did you change any adjustments on it?

didnt actually see spark but the light meter went off...thats next on the list then.

I did take it completely apart and put it all back together...after i put it back together was when it was running and i adjusted the idle and all on it to get it back to normal.

but i havent touched anything since it was running.

and no worries man, not trying to be a dick just seeing if anyone else on here can help since i know and can tell you are busy.

Take the plug out, have it touching engine block. Kick it over. See if it sparks

it sparked a nice blue spark...

got it to turn over and run for a bit but had to give it full throttle...thinking the carb is shot or clogged even tho i completely took it apart.

and why would it constantly turn the sprocket when I try and get it to crank? shouldnt it not move till i give it gas?

sounds like your low speed jet on the carb is clogged or not adjusted properly.

the back wheel is on the ground.

and I turned both of the screws completely in and tried and then messed around trying to get it.

it gets spark now and will run with the choked engaged for about 5 seconds then dies out...wont pop at all without the choke engaged.

screw carb adjustment screws all the way in until they seat. Then back the screws out 1.5 turns. Crank engine. Adjust screws up or down by 1/8th turns until the engine will just barely idle or cuts off, the open the screw up 1/8th turn.

if this will not keep the engine running at idle then your problem lies in the low speed jet, float needle, or fuel pump. The way you are describing it, it sounds like a fuel delivery problem.
