Good Stuff:
- Good Condition
- Has Approximately 142000 miles
- >50% tire tread
- oil just got changed (high mileage GTX)
- Full tank of gas
- 30 miles to gas (better than EPA rating)
- Manual (if you like it)
- Everything works on the car except what maybe mentioned below


Bad Stuff:
- AC installed but needs repairs (kbb price reflects that)
- Service Engine Light comes on and off so got it checked at Advanced they said it was something to do with the upstream O2 sensor, which is probably nothing, or cost very little to replace.
- Has keyless entry, but I do not have a fob (they are cheap and easily programmable)

Questions, I am sure I missed something. Also, I will get you an exact figure on the mileage as well.

To help compensate for the 'bad stuff' I am asking for the average of the 'good' and 'fair condition' which is about ~$2200
