I like Cilantro Mediterranean, and Lina's Diner is pretty good. Serena's is also okay.

^^^what do you get at Cilantro? I don't know why they serve their tzatziki on the side in little containers.

^^I may try this today.

^I want to try the Pho place.

I've gotten the kabob platter a few times. I like the Kubideh. I've gotten a Kubideah wrap once too.

There's always the trusty Neomonde as well.

Has anyone ever tried Carmen's Cuban Cafe?

from Jamaica Jamaica. Jerk chicken, rice and beans, braised cabbage, and fried plantains.

was pretty good - the chicken falls right off the bone.

good recommendation Krallum although when I pulled into the shopping center I thought for a moment you were leading me on a quest to RTP's Abyssinia

is Jamaica Jamaica the place in the sketchy shopping center between the vet and big lots? I've eaten there twice, it was delicious but i spent the afternoon on the toilet.

there is a Korean place around the corner that looks sketchy but is tasty, Vit Goal I think

[Edited on August 21, 2014 at 3:12 PM. Reason : ^^ Because Danny's is mediocre and hard to get a table]

Jamaica Jamaica is awesome
Backyard BBQ is better than anything!
Also Smokys BBQ on 54 (S Miami) but you have to get their early to get a seat and eat, when they are out of food, they close for the day.
Sarah's is good.

Ive eaten before at the shopping center where Pho is but never been in. Maybe ill make the trip there soon.
Taste in Morrisville is also good (same style as Pho).

Thai Noodle is ok. Some days the service sucks. They also sometimes need some lessons in cleaning.

I mainly go to Serena for the beer selection.

Carmen's Cuban Cafe is good if you like Cuban food. It's all kinda bland to me though. But we go there often.

I used to work at the Village Deli in Cameron Village while I was at State. I thought that their stuff was a little overpriced but they were consistently packed during lunch hours.

The owner would frequently come in stoned and raid the cookie section. He was cool. But the manager was a total bitch though.

The Park Place shopping center has a Mama Nora's Peruvian Chicken now...borders slightly on residential Cary, but close to some spots.

There is a dim sum place near Airport Blvd. http://www.yelp.com/biz/dim-sum-house-morrisville

Get the chef's specials here http://taipei-cafe.com/

Neomonde http://www.neomonde.com/about/locations.aspx

Sara's Empanadas mmm never had such good rice and beans http://www.yelp.com/biz/sarahs-empanadas-durham

William's Gourmet Kitchen chicks dig their desserts - http://williamsgk.com/

Chelsea Cafe I didn't go here after a year and they still remembered me by name when I called in my order. http://www.yelp.com/biz/chelsea-cafe-durham

Mez - http://www.mezdurham.com/ i usually split a giant Chicken Tinga Burrito and some chips and Pico with a co-worker. Call in and pick it up at the bar

Lina's Cafe - Great Cuban http://www.linascafeandcatering.com/

Teriyakin' - much better than that nasty teriyaki place by Walmart http://www.teriyakin.com/index.php

Randy's on Miami (not Davis) http://www.randyspizzartp.com/

Tossed - a nice healthy option and generous portions http://www.tossed.com/

I highly recommend Mami Nora's Peruvian rotisserie chicken if you haven't been there. I haven't tried the new one in Morrisville, but I frequent the Durham and Raleigh locations and I think they're delicious.

I've enjoyed the Page Rd Grill the few times I've been

I hadn't heard of Seasons before:
http://www.wral.com/rtp-hotel-restaurant-focuses-on-farm-to-table-menu/13928967/

Quote :
"Durham, N.C. — Behind the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center there is something growing. Cucumbers, mint, thyme and peppers are all coming alive in an employee-built garden located in the back of this Research Triangle Park hotel.

The garden is part of the hotel's initiative to become more green and local. The hotel's composting program, launched this summer, has helped provide the soil for this food to flourish. In turn, the herbs and vegetables are used at its restaurant, Seasons."

^Page Rd. isn't bad. We used to go there for quarterly lunches within my branch at work.

I didn't have a very high opinion of Lina's Cafe but I took joepeshi's advice (as well as other reviews I saw online) recommending the Cuban. I've actually never had a Cuban before, but it was really awesome - especially with the panini bread.

I forgot to mention I also tried Halgo European Deli (small little house thing off 54ish). The sandwich was ok but I didn't have cash and there was a $10 minimum to use the card so I got a half pound of dried kielbasa and that shit was amazing. Apparently, they'll make it fresh and hot if you call it in two hours ahead of time but the dried stuff was a great snack for a few days.
