I love it when pollsters throw shade.

Quote :
"And in yet another measure of the terrible economic anxiety gripping Trump voters though, 46% of them think there should be a White History Month to 36% opposed to that concept. They may not get far with that though, since only 28% of voters overall are in favor of such a thing to 58% opposed."

I love it when hacks continue to reference inaccurate, biased polls just so they can read an inaccurate, biased headline that confirms their hackery.

Another L in the courts for Trump,

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-labor-fiduciary-idUSKBN15N2HF

Quote :
"A U.S. federal judge on Wednesday upheld an Obama-era rule designed to avoid conflicts of interests when brokers give retirement advice, in a possible setback for President Donald Trump's efforts to scale back government regulation."

Been a bad couple days for the little D. 9th circuit upholds the block on his EO, gets cucked by China, his national security advisor was caught in a lie, and proven to be weaker than Nordstrom. Sad.

Oh and the poor baby is realizing that being President is actually hard,

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/02/donald-trump-challenges-governing-presidency-234879

Quote :
"The administration’s rocky opening days have been a setback for a president who, as a billionaire businessman, sold himself to voters as being uniquely qualified to fix what ailed the nation. Yet it has become apparent, say those close to the president, most of whom requested anonymity to describe the inner workings of the White House, that the transition from overseeing a family business to running the country has been tough on him."

The real pathetic thing is that there hasn't been any external crisis to deal with. All the consternation has been from manufactured problems borne from sheer incompetence.

Leftist hissyfits aren't an "L" for the POTUS.

In fact those very hissyfits are paving the way for his re-election in 2020

Do Trump supporters just not care he is lying all the time or do they actually believe him?

I hope it's the first.

(And I mean the dumb lies. Not the "I said I'd do this but it's not practical so I'll do this" that all presidents have)

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/02/trump-voter-fraud-senators-meeting-234909

Quote :
"As soon as the door closed and the reporters allowed to observe for a few minutes had been ushered out, Trump began to talk about the election, participants said, triggered by the presence of former New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte, who lost her reelection bid in November and is now working for Trump as a Capitol Hill liaison, or “Sherpa,” on the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch.

The president claimed that he and Ayotte both would have been victorious in the Granite State if not for the “thousands” people who were “brought in on buses” from neighboring Massachusetts to “illegally” vote in New Hampshire.

According to one participant who described the meeting, “an uncomfortable silence” momentarily overtook the room."

I assume you have a study to debunk the dozens and dozens of those that have competely debunked the notion that any widespread in-person voting fraud occurs.

There is, however, at least one flaw in that story: Ms. Ortega was a registered Republican.

Regardless of who this lady voted for it seems like she has no idea she was voting illegally. So if we find a few dozen people (even a few hundred) voting for a mix of the two parties....who gives a shit??!!

If the only solution is to make it more difficult for the portion of the population that actual votes to legal vote is it worth the trouble?

I think the where the Dems really went wrong was paying so many illegal voters to run up the score in California where they knew they'd win anyway, instead of paying illegal voters in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio which could actually have changed the election.

Being opposed to anything that validates the integrity of a fair election is generally a bad look. I'm not sure why the democrats are so opposed to the idea that voter fraud is possible, let alone wide spread. Your DNC contractor Scott Foval made a few comments about busing in voters too...

The racism of low-expectations with voter IDs is the icing on the cake.

I'd be inclined to believe this, had she not first been rejected for checking one box, and then went home and filled out another one with a different box. It doesn't seem that hard to figure out whether you're allowed to vote or not, and she plainly should know she's not a US citizen... I'm just saying.

Still, 8 years is a bit harsh. Give her some community service time, a small fine, and tell her to stop trying to vote.

The Spy Revolt Against Trump Begins
Intelligence Community pushes back against a White House it considers leaky, untruthful and penetrated by the Kremlin

http://observer.com/2017/02/donald-trump-administration-mike-flynn-russian-embassy/

Quote :
"What’s going on was explained lucidly by a senior Pentagon intelligence official, who stated that “since January 20, we’ve assumed that the Kremlin has ears inside the SITROOM,” meaning the White House Situation Room, the 5,500 square-foot conference room in the West Wing where the president and his top staffers get intelligence briefings. “There’s not much the Russians don’t know at this point,” the official added in wry frustration."

No, I don't think we have ever had such an outsider win an election though, in recent years at least.

I would imagine the establishment candidates in both parties wouldn't want to look in depth since there are probably some questionable cases on each side. I wouldn't think it is widespread fraud, but anecdotal cases and the Scott Foval comments would make me think it is worth looking into.

Some poor (not literally- guy is obviously filthy rich) Mar-a-Lago member just posted on Facebook pictures of Trump dealing with the North Korea issue.

I may be wrong here but is it common for a person in power to handle those things in the open and not worry who is around. Shouldn't there be a makeshift sit room there where he could handle sensitive things in confidence?

This whole three weeks has been almost surreal. Maybe it's just me and everything he is doing is just fine, I don't know.
