How is it that the little guy can only keep one flounder per day over a BS 2-week season, but the commercial fishermen can load up on them at will? Biden needs to get the feds to step in and make NC DMF put an end to this racket

Yeah, I want to be able to enjoy the occasional seafood meal when I'm retired. I've read some pretty depressing articles about the rapid decline of fish populations.
