What: Fundraiser for SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers).

Where: Harris Field (across from the Health Center)

When: This Wednesday, Nov. 16th, 2005, 11:30am - 2:00pm

Price: $2.50 for a Slice of Cheese or Pepperoni + a Drink

Why: Help others. Go Pack!

Pizza is $7 w/tax for a large one-topping, $5 w/tax for a medium one-topping. Canned Drinks are $0.25 each or less. Figure 8 slices per large pizza ... so 8 sales:

Cost: $7.00+$0.25*8 = $9.00
Revenue: $2.50*8 = $20
Profit: $11

I think fundraising is a good idea ... don't agree with the price on this one though.

also realize they're not going to sell all the pizzas, so the profit margin won't be nearly that high.
