It was such an act, especially the wailing on and on in excruciating pain from less than 1 second of tazering okay after seeing the third video it was more like 3 seconds or so, was a good way to play on the girls in the crowd who suddenly freak out with empathy. I think it's sad that it took like 6 cops to get him out of there.

It was excessive, but the cops did tell him to stop struggling and stop yelling at least 5 or 6 times before they tazed him, I think that's a decent case for public disturbance, resisting an officer, etc etc

With several of those huge cops I don't see why they didn't just pick him up and carry him out, they clearly could have.

Even though the kid's a fucking moron he will probably victor in this one...

I don't like John Kerry and I don't agree with the shit that guy was saying, but he has a right to fucking say it. I'm sick and fucking tired of these fucking trigger-happy assholes taser-ing everything in sight, including a father holding his baby, senior citizens, and school children. That incident was nothing more than assault under the color of authority.

yes, it does suck while it's going on. I'm not so sure about the 'after it stops its not that bad' part.
there are plenty of stories where a policeman thinks he's using non-lethal force with a taser, then gets carried away. One things leads to another, and then someone's heart ends up stopping. Next stop...hospital. Next stop...graveyard.

Just because someone has handcuffs on doesn't mean they're going quietly. Evidently something was happening that made a cop bring out the taser. Even before that, they have 5 cops on this guy to escort him out/shut him up. Then the handcuffs. All of which apparently wasn't enough to do what they needed to do.

That was ridiculous. The kid was annoying, but he had a valid question and a valid point that they were carting him away for no real reason. The taser was overkill, the cop that shot him with it should be fired from his job. There were already a number of cops, a couple of them very large, holding the kid down. No need to electrocute him too.
