if i locked up all those county threads, then i would have to lock up all the Joie threads, too

the only threads i'm locking as of right now are duplicates and phony class cancellation threads

speaking of which, if i get any more class cancellation threads by people who should know better and continue to create them, i may start requesting to have their thread making privlidges removed

Honestly, the county ones have a legitimate reason for existence. The countRy parodies don't.
