I know this has been posted before, but with the search down, i do not want to look for it. Ive looked at some other message boards and they have a sex and relationship column, and they seem to work well. Maybe it would keep some of the bs out of chit chat

Actually, I think a "Sex and Relationship" board might keep chit-chat out of a serious discussion.

Lounge is probably the most likely candidate for a discussion about relationships, but I think a "Sex and Relationship" discussions should merit an entire section.
