Allow me to inform you guys on the events of last night. To keep my ass out of the fire, because apparently some pussies are all about pressing charges, I'll change the names of those involved and all insults or whatever are just my opinion. A really drunk Russian kid, we'll call him Russki, and a jackoff Mexican (explains the jokes in the previous journal) some of you know, we'll call him Vagina McCuntbreath, live on the same hall. Vagina doesn't like Russki for some reason, though from what I hear Russki is a pretty cool guy. Set scene.

So the Russki (quite intoxicated mind you) and Vagina McCuntbreath find themselves in the hall alone together. People hear a loud slam and walk out to see what happened, Russki is on the floor holding his head. Vagina claims that Russki tried to break his arm so he slammed him into the wall. No cops involved at this point.

The two go to their separate rooms. Russki sends Vagina a threatening message on AIM, which is a bad move on his part. Later Russki walks into Vagina's room with an unloaded BB gun, cocking and firing it at the ground. Russki fires it near Vagina's ear, Vagina grabs his ear, dramatics follow, Vagina rolls around on his bed for awhile holding his ear. That I admit was a dumb thing to do on Russki's part, along with having a bb gun in a dorm in the first place, but remember, he was drunk.

This is where the story turns. Vagina acts like a vagina and calls RAs, RDs, cops and paramedics. I'll repeat that, because it bears repeating. Vagina McCuntbreath called the cops because someone shot him with an UNLOADED BB GUN. Pause to let that sink in??ok. According to a conversation I had with Vagina, the EMS people looked in his ear and determined that his cochlea was severely damaged. The cochlea being in the inner ear, severe damage to it meaning immediate hearing loss if not going deaf. Here's a diagram of the ear to show you how easy it is to see the cochlea.

Now I'm not a doctor, so I'm not saying that the cochlea can't be damaged by someone firing a shot of air into the ear, though it seem more likely to damage the ear drum. And I'm not saying that the paramedics couldn't somehow detect that the cochlea had been damaged though Vagina had no damage to his hearing. I'm saying that it smells like bullshit. This is with Vagina being a person that has lied in several situations other than this one to both me and others. Some examples, "Spanish was my first language", "I'm an Eagle Scout", and my favorite "I dumped my girlfriend today". All very stupid lies, the last one was a situation that, in my opinion, showed that Vagina is a huge pussy. Lies in this situation would includ telling the cops that he didn't know it was a BB gun. Seriously Vagina, what other kind of gun shoots air? Ever seen someone pumping up a 9mm? I just talked to Vagina and he told me he saw the gun before Russki shot it at him but thought it was a real gun. Whoa whoa whoa, hold the bullshit express right there. You have a little mini-rumble with a guy, he sends you a threatening message, he walks into the room with what you think is an actual gun, and you don't freak out and get the fuck out of there, much less keep the gun away from your head? Let me pull up my boots, this story is full of shit. And now I just found out (been writing this over the course of the day, I'm lazy) that Russki walked into the room a cocked and fired it several times, that Vagina acknowledged that it was just a BB gun and that it was unloaded, and that everyone including Vagina knew that Russki had the BB gun. What a fucking piece of shit. Vagina just straight up lied to me, not to mention lying to the cops, damn he's a fuckhead. I hope his shit gets wrecked in court.

Yet another happening, I just talked to Vagina again and asked him about a couple things. When I asked him about him thinking the gun was real:
Vagina: i saw it in his hands, i thought it was real UNTIL i heard it. The time that elapsed between these two events was only a few seconds.
Vagina: Because,
Vagina: like i said,
Vagina: almost as soon as he walked in he began to fire, thus giving me no time to react.

So Russki runs in shooting giving Vag-boy no time to react. If there's no time to react then there's no time to think it's not a real gun. Or maybe he saw a pissed off drunk guy come in with a "real gun" and didn't react at all, sound likely? Maybe the real story is this (a.k.a. what Vagina told his room mate):

So now instead of handling the situation himself like a man he involved the cops. Not because he felt threatened or he needed to, but because he could. Here's what Russki may be getting charged with.
Assault (When Russki "tried to break his arm", though there was no injury to Vagina, interesting?)
Assault with a weapon
Underage intoxication
Threat of injury
Vandalism

What is even shittier is that all of the charges except assault with a weapon will be doubled because Russki has to go to campus court and criminal court. Where did the vandalism come in? Apparently in his drunken stupor Russki broke something on the hall and Vagina ratted him out like a bitch. Had nothing to do with the situation, Vagina just wanted to get him in more trouble. I asked Vagina about it and he said this:

Vagina: And it happened to be Russki. [oh it HAPPENED to be Russki, couldn't have anything to do with Vagina being pissed at him]
jeholsavat: you couldn't have said i don't know
Vagina: i could have. thats lying. I was in no position to lie. [and we know how vagina has that long track record of honesty]
Vagina: especially at that time and moment

jeholsavat: anyway, what's the point of all the charges and involving the cops?

considering that bb guns use compressed air, and when it decrompresses, if close to the ear, will cause inner ear damage, due to the fucking difference between the outside of the ear and inside. This Ruski deserves what he gets. And you may assume that the mexican did not have time to think it was a real gun, but in all actuality, it doesn't take long to see something and formulate sentences. In fact it takes much less than a second. So this Ruski fucked up and is prolly going to go to jail. Too fucking bad. He deserved it. And no matter who was in the right earlier on, as soon as the other threatened him with fucking violence of that sort, the cops needed to be involved. Furthermore, the Ruski is the true pussy because he could not deal with the situation via his own strength, but relied upon a weapon.

Plus, maybe he just called EMS and being as how the cops are the first to arrive and they started to ask questions, that maybe how the information got out. If you commit a crime against someone, they have every right to call the police. Had "Russki" left "Vagina" alone to begin with, there would be no problems. If someone doesn't like you, leave them the fuck alone. If you walk into someone's room and do something stupid, then there are consequences.

As for "ratting him out," he deserved to get ratted out. People pay money to the school and when their money has to go to fix things that people break for shits and giggles, I don't think they will be pleased.
