In the defense of Starbucks, the only reason I get coffee there when I'm out is b/c they time their shots and they don't taste burned/scorched like most "coffee houses"

not to get technical, but are you talking espresso or drip coffee? Because their coffee is French Roast, which is another meaning for burnt. They use robusto beans rather than arabica and they have a stronger flavor.

Caribou however, uses Arabica.....

Illy, is an italian coffee that makes everything else you ever drink taste bitter.....It's fabulous....
You can buy it a lot of places, I get mine at Williams-Sonoma most of the time
I suggest the Silver canister with Blue labels

god, now i want some, and i dont want to wait until i'll be on campus at 530 tonight
so it looks like starbucks, maybe. or else go to work early.

the problem with espresso is you have to use it or drink it immediately. if you're drinking it straight, and havent finished it within 5 minutes, you might as well not drink the rest of it.
